We would not hesitate to recommend R. Sharon Smith, we have nothing but praise for her, she advised on "no clutter" even noticing a window over the door that the seal had gone (covered by curtain) making inspection of the house easier ? Window was replaced ? once painting etc. had been done our house was only on the market for a few days.  The house sold within 3 days.  Sharon's advice to price was "spot on" ? We got our asking price minus $1,000. ONLY.  Sharon even added clause to extend closing date to end of July to suite and coincide with "our" closing date.  Sharon is a quiet spoken but direct professional who is a credit to the company of Royal LePage, she was not only a professional in dealing with the sale of our house but also showed compassion when we were worried about our closing date with the house we purchased "she cares" and it shows when dealing with people.
